Hello, attempted to download the app on two separate devices numerous times, when I open the app it tells me that it is corrupted and infected. It will not open. I have put in two tickets with no response.
Hi, thanks for reporting the issue. Could you confirm from which link you’ve downloaded the installer? also, could you share the file you’ve downloaded? we’d like to compare it with the one we have and check if there is a difference. Thanks!

I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t get any reply to the support tickets you opened. Usually, we reply within a couple of business days. I will investigate this internally and ensure you will get replies within the expected timeframe for future support tickets.
If the error is the following:
File Corrupted! This program has been manipulated and maybe it's infected by a Virus or cracked. This file won't work anymore.
It is then likely that some application on your computer is blocking the installation of the software. This is mainly due to the antivirus software on your computer. So, my recommendation is to disable the antivirus on your computer or any other software blocking our software just during the installation and see if that helps to resolve the issue.
Additionally, we suggest whitelisting PIX4Dmapper or creating a bypass rule in your antivirus software.
If that doesn’t solve your issue, I recommend thoroughly uninstalling the software and installing a different version to see if that helps resolve your issue. To completely uninstall the software, follow the steps explained in the below support article,

Have you tried adding PIX4Dmapper to the whitelist or create a bypass rule in your antivirus?
