App crash v2.15.0

In Pix4Dcatch v2.15.0, the app crashes when exporting projects. I have not seen this issue in v2.14.0 or earlier. The device is an iPhone + viDoc.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

We haven’t received similar crash reports so far in version 2.15.0. To help us investigate, could you please provide the following:

  1. A screen recording showing the crash when attempting to export a project
  2. The storage status of your iPhone (Settings > General > iPhone Storage), as low storage space could cause export failures
  3. The iOS version and viDoc firmware version you’re using

This information will allow us to better understand the situation and determine if it’s specific to your setup.

I found the update notification again..
After the second update, there is no problem with the project updating.

Are there any problems with app updating?

Yesterday, we released a new version (2.15.1): Technical release notes (iOS) - PIX4Dcatch.

There is no problem with updating the app.

Is the problem fixed now?
