Is there any trouble with your mail system again?
Tried to fetch a confirmation mail and did several resents but gained nothing!!
Hi there. I have activated the account so you should now be able to use the trial. It may be due to a typo in the email when setting up perhaps. I can see that the system sent out the email. In the future, you should open a support request so that we can discuss account information specifically.
