How do I edit the email/user name? I can’t change it as it greyed out in my account settings. I also cannot open a ticket because the email is wrong and I cannot verify the account.

Thank you for sending the screenshot. Currently, there are two accounts, email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org. When you log in using the email address email@example.com, would you please change the password to make sure that the password is correct?
