With the decommission of Survey, my license transferred to Matic (Analyzer). My workflow used to be Mapper to Survey (I bought them in a package deal). However Matic will not accept Mapper .p4d files and I can’t process a new job in Matic without getting a new license. How are my current subscription licenses any good if I can’t complete my workflow?
We received the same message through a support ticket. We will resolve the issue through that channel and post the reason for the problem here.

In the meantime: PIX4Dmapper and PIX4Dsurvey projects can be imported seamlessly into PIX4Dmatic 2.x by drag’-and-dropping the project file into the PIX4Dmatic interface (or through the File → Import menu):
