when i add gcps to non georefrenced map , my gcps look correct but i get one blue marker above the project

Hi there 

I get a squidged map when I add gcps to a map that has not been georefed.

all of my markers are in green and look good but I have a single blue marker just above the project and as soon as I reoptimize I get a squidged map

Hi Jason, 

Could you attach some screenshots of the issue you are facing to better understand it? 

Also, please double check that the order to the coordinates of the GCPs (X,Y,Z vs. Y,X,Z) is correct when importing them. More in the How to add / import GCPs in the GCP/MTP Manager article.
