Warning - Cannot process Date-Time

I am getting an error that Pix4D cannot process my Autel Evo Max Date-Time data for every image. Pix4D requires the date format to be yyyy:MM:dd instead of yyyy-MM-dd, which is what the Evo Max saves the date as. Is this a problem I should fix? Or is it not relevant to creating the point cloud and orthomosaic? I will be implementing GCPs for this project.

Hello,
Does Mapper take a long time to load the images from the Autel Evo Max? If so, there could be an issue with their date/time format. However, Mapper should still be able to process the imagery without issue. It might just take longer.

Hey Mike,

Yes, it takes much longer to load the images from the Evo Max (which was another thing I had a question about). Thanks!

Hi wsedgwick,
First, there might be a setting in the Autel controller that will export the images in a compatible Pix4D format. You might want to take a close look. But, my apologies as I am not 100% familiar with the Evo Max.

Second, there was an issue last year where Autel was not writing the correct date format and it was causing problems. If there is not an option to export in a Pix4D format, then you might need to reach out to Autel for clarification.
