I need to calculate stockpiles volume and for the first time i have the terrain selection exceeding the real terrain, there are not exceeding point cloud ? is the value still good?

Have you edited the point cloud or deleted any points of the point cloud? If so, then you need to regenerate the DSM, running step 3 again to update the volume measurement.
The volume is computed based on the DSM and therefore if you delete some points of the point cloud, you also need to update the DSM to acquire accurate measurements.
If this is not the case, can you please upload a screenshot of the same area with the Automatic Tie Points?
