I have a need to view individual, georeferenced frames from my imagery. I can do this by manually georeferencing a frame to the orthomosiac, but I have too many (about 100) images to do manually. The background is that I have a target in my imagery, and each target is visible in multiple individual frames. I need to perform analysis on each of these frames individually, not as an orthomosaic. Can you give a bit more information? What analysis will you perform? In Pix4D, nothing cannot be done with the individual images. Since the raw images are already georeferenced if you have GPS data, you can load them in QGIS or any GIS software and perform your analysis (raster)
