Update 1/22/2021: The issue is fixed in Pix4Dmapper version 4.6.4 and newer (download).
We have an increased number of users contacting us regarding a vertical offset that is present in the latest version of Pix4Dmapper 4.6.3.
In some cases, the generated results (point clouds, DSM, DTM, contour lines) have a 1-2 ft vertical offset when compared with other data or with results processed in previous versions of Pix4Dmapper. Some users also report offsets of approximately 87 ft.
From what we can see, the issue is only related to coordinate systems in feet and is not present in the previous version.
In case you see that the generated results are affected by this issue, we recommend using Pix4Dmapper 4.5.6 (download) until further notice.
