Use of pmatrix.txt for conversion of 3D coordinates (X,Y,Z) of a 3D point into 2D coordinates (u,v) of an undistorted image

Has anyone successfully used the pmatrix.txt file output by Pix4D to convert the 3D coordinates (X,Y,Z) of a 3D point into 2D coordinates (u,v) of an undistorted image?

I am obtaining values for the u,v coordinates that are outside the expected range of 0 to 1, and cannot isolate the cause of this problem.
