We want to upgrade our monthly subscription from Standard to Pro. We just missed the monthly renewal date to do so. We’d like to just pay the difference in order to get Pro for the rest of the month. However, there doesn’t seem to be a way to upgrade without purchasing pro by itself, which we obviously don’t want to do. We’ve reached out to both support and sales and have had no contact for over a week. Multiple attempts.
