It seems that your Support & Upgrade service has expired on 09 Jan 2019, thus you are only allowed to download Pix4Dmapper versions released before this date. In this case, you can download the Pix4Dmapper version 4.3.31. Please send us a private message through our ticketing system if you encounter any issue downloading this version.
