So this happened to me. I didn’t ask for it - but fact is ALL MY FLIGHT PLANS ARE WIPED OUT from the app.
They’re still on my tablet, but I can’t access it. Again I didn’t ask for any upgrade.
Please get me back my flight plans, it’s tens of hours of work I put in it - and also the old flight plans, hundreds of hours flying the drone - is stored there so I see where I left off and can continue next flights next to what I already covered.
You unilaterally wiped out all of this, without asking me if I wish to destroy hundreds of hours of my work.

I’m very sorry to hear that your flight plans are no longer accessible following the recent migration to organization-based accounts. After checking internally, I regret to inform you that the flight plans affected by this transition are not recoverable. Additionally, no fix is planned for this issue.
I completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this situation must be, especially if those flight plans were an important part of your workflow. Unfortunately, as active development on PIX4Dcapture Pro has been stopped, there is no longer a dedicated team maintaining or improving the app, which includes support for this recent account migration.
We recognize that this is not the experience you expected, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. In the coming months, we will be sending an official communication to all users with more context on the future of the app, along with recommendations for alternative solutions that we believe can better support your operational needs going forward.
