Troubleshooting - Error e0706j

Hello everyone,

I bought a new pix4d license and I took another address mail for this new account.
I do not know if logged out myself before the old license expired, but now I try to log in my new account to start working, I can not.
it appeared an error message which is : Error e0706j: Could not acquire the license. Failure: Not found.

I need help please.

My guess would be that your session is already occupied by your previous license.
In order to log in with your new license you would need first to log out from the current session:
How-to-log-out-Pix4D-Desktop
Or you can deactivate your device by yourself from your license management panel page
