Trouble Importing LAS File from DJI Terra

I am using DJI Terra to process my L2 LiDAR data and am having trouble with the vertical translation.
I am currently trying to complete a flight in North Carolina, here is the problem:
I load my information into Terra, select the Output Coordinate System to be:
Horizontal Datum - NAD83 / North Carolina (ftUS) (EPSG:2264)
GEOID Settings - NAVD88 height (ftUS) (EPSG:6360) (us_noaa_g2018u0.tif)
After the LAS file is generated in Terra, I import to Pix4DSurvey using the Coordinate System:
Horizontal Datum - NAD83 / North Carolina (ftUS) (EPSG:2264)
Vertical Coordinate Reference System - NAVD88 hieght (ftUS) (EPSG:6360) GEOID18

When I create my surface and export to AgTek, it is showing me a consistent error of roughly 4 feet. When I put in the height offset for the base station, it adds another 5.9 feet instead of correcting for the pole height. I am perplexed and cannot figure out how to correct this issue.

Hello!

PIX4Dsurvey doesn’t do any coordinates transformation on the LAS import when the project CRS is the same as the LAS file CRS or when we create a new project on the LAS import. The workflow of exporting from DJI Terra and importing to PIX4Dsurvey looks correct, and the same geoid model is selected in both cases. It’s difficult to answer you without analyzing the files and requesting more details.

If possible, could you open a support ticket for this issue, please?

Kind regards,
Alexey
