I have a wish for Pix4d, having optional point cloud coloring scheme that would show in red areas that really need a manual tie point and green where a manual tie point wont make a difference. It could be an option to be checked in the options.

This would be really helpful for assessing the reconstruction of the model and adding manual tie points in the areas that could have an impact on improving it. We have forwarded your suggestion to our project manager and hopefully it will be placed in the software.
