Due to some reasons that I want to take pictures without GCPs.If I subdivide each region to capture so the results are good? Could anyone share your experience with this, help me? I just attention to the X, Y coordinate system.

I am not sure to understand your question.
Yes you can process images without GCP and even without geolocation.
But the project might be less robust than if your images were geolocated.
However the accuracy will not be reliable.
I recommend you to try with a basic template and let us know if you got any satisfactory results.
