Hi, I want to get a student license but I’m not sure what does that include.
I just want to make sure if I can create orthomosaics and measure distances.

The education licenses you get full access to all features just like the non-education licenses. There is also no difference between the features in the student or the professor one. You will get full features, functions, templates, everything. I hope this helps.
