Step 3 DSM, Orthomosaic and Index greyed out?

I have a commercial licence but for some reason cannot process step 3.  Any advice?   TIA

Hi Mark,

Which Pix4D solution were you using? Pix4Dmapper or Pix4Dmodel?
Pix4Dmodel cannot process step 3 but Pix4Dmapper can. Ensure that you were using the correct Pix4D solution.
