"Sort by date" - sites with recent data first as well?

if I have a site that I created a long time ago, and I pop the recent survey into it, it does not come up at the top of the list.

I understand this is because of the created date for the site, but could it be flagged as the latest survey date in the site instead so it pops up earlier in the list?
