Shift in the point cloud

Hi,

I had Completed my initial processing using Alternative calibration and all prior for internal parameter optimisation. There is a shift in the point cloud. Eventhough i had picked GCP points, the shift doesn’t adjusted. What may be  the reason. Please help me to solve problem.

Did you reoptimise after marking the GCPs (https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/202560769-How-to-mark-GCPs-in-the-rayCloud)?

Yes I had reoptimised my project for the marked GCP. but there is no change in the point cloud. Still tere is a shift in it.

Hi Selvakumar,

Can you attach a screenshot of the GCP accuracy from the quality report?

It loks like you have two fllights at different heights. Is it so?
