Hi All
I downloaded the Pix4d fields trial software with my primary email address, to see if I would like it. I did and continued to use it for the full 15 days but now it’s expired.
I’ve just bought & paid for the online training & exam for fields (£328, $409) but stupidly used the same email address so I cant access it unless I pay the subscription cost for 1 month (£214, $290).
Surely with that cost for the training there would be another trial version attached to it??
I intend to purchase fields in the near future but not until I have learnt about it!
Any help would be greatly appreciated

You’re right. If you already requested a trial, you won’t be able to automatically get a second trial to use with the training.
Let me check with my colleagues to see which options we can offer, and I will come back to you in the next few days.

The best would be for you to reach out to training@pix4d.com and explain the situation. The training team will organize a PIX4Dfields license for you so that you can follow the training. You do not need to purchase a license to follow the training.
