I’m trying to remove points representing the stacker belt from over a portion of a stockpile. I can remove the densified points but the volume calculator keeps using the automatic tie points, which I can’t seem to edit out. Will I have to do this using third-party software?

You need to run the step 3 again after removing points from densified point cloud. ATP’s won’t affect volume calculations. Volume calculation is based on DSM.
