We have bought 2 pix4d licenses. Unexpectedly one of our PC got corrupted so we formatted it. Can we directly use the login id and password in the formatted PC or is there any procedure to unlock it.

If you are not able to login with your credential on the corrupted computer, you can deactivate it. To remotely deactivate a computer, go to your license management panel and click Deactivate.
