R0058: Import of satellite data failed

Can someone help with a solution, I can’t get satellite data for the marked borders, I keep getting the error from the title.

Hi, are you using Windows or Mac?

  • This error can occur due to corrupted installations. Please follow: How to uninstall PIX4Dfields
    Make sure to delete the REGISTRY EDITOR information as mentioned.

  • For Mac users: ensure there’s no system process called “webfilterproxyd” limiting the connection. It is normally under “Parent controls”.
