Yes, sometimes the .pdf version is not generated, we are still investigating the causes.

Here are our suggestions:

  • Go to the menu Process > Generate quality report. This should create a new quality report.
  • If you can’t find the .pdf version, please open the index.html file with your browser. You will be able to visualize the Quality Report in your browser. Then, go to menu File > Print > Print as PDF (procedure might vary depending on your browser).
  • Otherwise, You can try to restart your device and generate the quality report again.
