Processing Colours in 16Bits in Pix4DMapper

Hi everyone,

Am fairly new to Pix4DMapper and wanted to know how to process 16Bits TIFF files in colours instead of grayscale?

I have captured a dataset in RAW, processed in JPEG with colours without issues, wanted to process in TIFF format and everything has been processed in grayscale?

My camera model is an Olympus EM1-MKII with an Olympus 17mm lens…

Any guidance would be highly appreciated!

When you open the tiff files with an image viewer or a GIS software (like QGIS) do they have color information?
