What I see in the Map View is that you added blocks of pictures which are apart from each other. Therefore, the software will not be able to calibrate your dataset. My suggestion is to start a new project without any processing area. Focus only on one or a few blocks that overlap with each other. Process this dataset as a subproject. Take advantage of the equally distributed GCPs you have and use them during the merging process. In this way, you will overcome all your problems.
Here is an example of why I cannot do that. This GCP 1289 had a vertical error of 0.12 before merging sub-projects. This point is no where near the merging areas (approximately 3000 meters from the areas that are merged). After merging GCP 1289 now has a vertical error of 33 feet. Added MTPs and reoptomized…now 31 feet.
Do you merge the individual projects in pairs of 2 or you try to merge all individual projects together?
Could you please send us the quality reports of 2 of the individual projects that you managed to process well seperately (before merging) that give you problems while merging them?
Could you also confirm that these projects have some overlap?
