Process Pix4D catch files

We are starting to use Pix4d Catch to scan crashed vehicles. I work for a traffic accident investigation company. I am trying Pix4dmatic because Pix4dmapper doesn’t process LIDAR data. The goal is to isolate the entire vehicle - remove ground, trees and anything else that is not the vehicle. With Mapper, I can select points and assign them to “disabled” point group. Is a similar process possible in Matic?
