I need help for my outputs DSM file.
It is only Black en White. (but the preview is good ) but not the output TIFF file.
Can you help me ?
A DSM is just a raster of surface elevation (including tree canopy, roofs, etc.) where each pixel value represents altitude, not a color value. If you are expecting to see the colors and non-altitude details present in the original imagery, the orthomosaic is what you’re after.

It is possible that you are wanting the orthomosaic. However, the easiest way for us to help is if you can attach your quality report and a screenshot of the DSM. We can take a look.
