Hi Maria,
One of the reasons why the blank spaces are present in the orthomosaic could be the uncalibrated cameras. As per your screenshot, I can see that only 76% images were calibrated. This can happen due to low overlap in the images. This caused low keypoint matches between the images. What was the overlap that you used?
Could you attach the quality report?
Things that would lead to improvement:
- Change the image scale for extracting keypoints to 1/2
- Adding MTP’s
3.Capturing new images with more overlap may be required.
