Point Cloud Inverted

Good Afternoon,

I recently ran a project with a known coordinate system, everything came out perfect. With this project, it is also necessary to run it in an arbitrary coordinate system, which we have done many times before flawlessly. This time, however, after matching the GCP’s correctly, the output is inverted from what it should look like (instead of a depression, we are getting a giant hill) and the camera icons are appearing below the cloud. It also appears to be tilted on an angle.

GCPs:

1,21972.6031,25988.2649,1003.1589
2,21286.8746,26067.9753,1033.6792
3,22217.6442,26918.0512,983.9878
4,21919.8582,27521.0617,896.8761
5,23022.9747,26730.956,967.8685

I’ve re-checked all my GCP’s, they’re all correct.

Other than trying to re-run the project, I am not sure how this happened and how it can be fixed.

Thanks!

How it is supposed to look!

Turns out it might have been user error. GCPs were exported in the wrong order. XYZ instead of YXZ. Re-running now to see if that fixes things.
