Why does the point cloud elevation differ every time I fly my DJI Mavic 3E over the same area, even when using RTK?The mapping area is 50 × 100 m, with an elevation difference of 75 m between the highest and lowest points.

Thank you for sharing your question. It seems the problem is caused by the consideration (or non-consideration) of a geoid model in your vertical height.
Which PIX4D product are you using? Please ensure that the vertical Coordinate Reference System matches the one used by your drone or RTK antenna when writing the images’ metadata.

Hi Daniele,
The problem was resolved after enabling Elevation Optimization and Follow Terrain Flight in DJI Drone. We processed the data using Pix4Dmapper.
