I use DJI M3E to produce orthophotos and point clouds. The problem I am facing, the point clouds that are produced in pix4D have some issues with elevations. When I convert the point clouds to a elevation model raster, then some of it’s area shows unexpected lower values and no data pixels also. I am attaching the output raster here.

How are you creating the elevation model? Are you using the Digital Surface Model provided by PIX4Dmapper?
