Dear PIX4D team,
We know you love logfiles — and fair enough, they often help solve problems. But in every second post, you’re asking for them, many users then run headfirst into the infamous 4 MB upload limit here in the forum.
We, the community, already invest our time to share feedback and report issues. It would really help (and save us some hassle) if the upload limit could be increased to something more practical. After all, if we’re sending you the data you need, let us send all of it. 
Also, when a support conversation leads to a potential feature request, it would be incredibly helpful if your team could go ahead and create that request on behalf of the user. Right now, we often have to describe the same issue twice — once in the support case, and again in a separate feature request post. Honestly, that’s time many of us don’t have.
