In Pix4D Mapper we had the option to export/import a region of interest. This was very helpful for construction projects where we fly regularly to always have the same processing area displayed.
Please implement this feature in future versions of PIX4Dmatic. Thank you very much! Best, Manu
In the meantime, we have found a workflow via Google Earth: Open Google earth, draw a polygon to represent the region of interest. Export this polygon as a *.kml file. Then import this file in Matic under import–>region of interest. Then adjust the top and bottom in the 3D view and you’re done.
But: a simple export function in Matic would prevent the use of third-party apps, giving more functionality.
