I am sorry to inform you that the merge function is not available on PIX4Dcloud.
If you want to have these projects, I recommend processing them all together (12,000 images) in PIX4Dmatic. Nevertheless, feel free to comment on this post to show your interest in this feature: Merging projects in Cloud.
