Thank you for contacting us and the information provided. Using the Parrot Anafi, An issue about not having all the images triggered during missions with Pix4Dcapture has been experienced a few times by users and it is currently investigated by the developer’s team to find the root cause.

In the meantime, if it occurs frequently I would recommend to the user:

  • To double-check the basic checks and troubleshooting steps.
  • Restart mission from scratch when the unexpected behavior occurs. To do so, close and force quit the app, disconnect the cable from the mobile device, turn off the remote controller and the drone. Then switch on the drone and the controller, reconnect the USB cable and open Pix4Dcapture.
