Dear Pix4D

I am currently building a new computer and had an “Intel i9 12 core processor i9 9920X (3.5GHz)19.25MB Cache”, but PC World has recommended the following processor:

  • AMD Ryzen ThreadRipper 1950X
  • 3.4 GHz
  • 16-core
  • 32 threads
  • 32 MB cache
  • Socket TR4

Can you advise if this processor will be good enough or should I purchase an Intel® Core™ i9 12 Core Processor i9-9920X (3.5GHz) 19.25MB Cache?
