Pix creating muliple copies of output folders.

We process to a specific SSD drive that ONLY houses Pix4d Output. We then copy to our NAS for storage. We have been noticing the two folders of output are created for each Pix job. The entire folder structure exists but no actual data is in the second. But the real kicker is that once we move the folder with the actual data to our NAS, windows will not allow us to delete the other folder.

Anyone seeing the duplicate folders being created?

Hi @jared,

Thank you for your message.
Do you see the second folder when the SSD is still connected to your computer or only when the projects are copied to the NAS? Are the folder names and creation date/time identical?
Is PIX4Dmapper still running when you copy the folders? Make sure you close PIX4Dmapper first.

Cheers
