Orthomosaic not showing with arbitrary coord system

Hello,

I am attempting to run a model with an arbitrary output crs. The DSM, DTM, and contours appear to work just fine, but the orthomosaic does not appear. I have tried opening it in other programs but it still does not show. There apparently is data in it because it shows a file size of 5mb. 

Any thoughts?

To answer my own question: I worked it out, I had the eastings and northings for the GCPs mixed up!
