Orthomosaic has areas that are ghosted and rotated

Quality report and Ortho attached.

I noticed two areas of my orthomosaic that have “ghosting” and are rotated compared to the surrounding area.

In the quality report, the Computed Image/GCPs/Manual Tie Points Positions section has some circular callouts in those two areas.

I’m wondering if there are procedures to help fix this ghosting and what I may have done during processing to cause it.

Hello there, I would suggest you to use Alternative Calibration Method and see if that doesn’t help, edit the orthomosaic as explained in the below support article, How to edit the Orthomosaic - PIX4Dmapper
