The images that were calibrated were all in the same part of the field and produced a perfect-looking ortho and DSM, but only ~40% of the images were calibrated, leaving the rest of the field entirely blank. Reviewing the settings used, Initial Processing –> Matching –> Use Distance was off, even though I had turned it on before processing. Could this be the issue? Something else? Has anyone had this problem?
Can you upload your PDF quality report to this posting? We will take a look to see what might be going on.

@kajtek.zreda We usually recommend using Standard template to process the multispectral images. I would suggest using Ag multispectral template and se if that works.
If only some portion of the fields are calibrated, it might be because of the image overlap and flight height. You would need to fly at 40 meters or higher at 75% front and side overlap. It is not recommended to fly at 15 meters but, If I have to fly, I would have 85% front overlap and 80-85% side overlap.
