I am working with multispectral rice field images captured from micasense altum camera.I have to stitch these images to make an orthomosaic for further processing.When i processed the data, many of the images are not aligned.
Can u give me any solutions for that? I have no ground control points file with me.The cordinate system using is epsg:4326.
Hello @midhunbose2017, Usually the uncalibrated camera are result of low overlap or mapping homogeneous area. I would recommend you to use Ag Multispectral template to process the project and see if you are able to see any improvement.
The other suggestion about the image acquisition is that make sure you are having 80% front and 80% side overlap and the flight height of 40m or higher.
