Need Customer service help

I renewed subscription last month and credit card was charged twice. Since then I have been trying to get this resolved. I have sent multiple emails, received one reply and was told they were looking into it, that was last week. I have been sending daily email requests and still do not have this resolved.  It is time to renew again but cannot until this is resolved.
