Missing information for radiometric correction in 251/1016 images

Hey guys, I survey regularly with the same process:

Sensefly Ebee SQ with Parrot Sequoia.  Pix4d Mapper 3.2.23

In a recent survey we did 35 flights with the same drone, same camera.

A couple surveys could not be fully radiometrically corrected. On those flights I could only select “Camera Only” for the Correction Type:

Selecting full correction shows this error:

The log states:

Can you help me find the root of this problem?

Hi William,

It seems the sun irradiance information is missing in the exif of the images. You can use exiv2 or ExifTool to read the exif data in your images. Since you have a ticket with us, we can discuss more there and I can post a reply here when the issue is resolved.
