Merging Projects, multiple take of points on diffirent altitude

I want to merge projects with images taken from a Phantom 3 pro. The phantom save altitude data as above take of point. My projects to be merged have diffirent take of points with diffirent hights above ocean level.

How do I compensate for this difference without manually editing the image properties when creating the project

Use ground control points with the basic editor. If you use the p4d file from the capture app you will not have the issue. I’m in Texas and we do not have a lot of terrain relief.
