Merging high and low accuracy geolocation projects.

I have two projects of the same area flown at roughly the same time that I want to merge. One is from a DJI RTK Phantom 4 with high accuracy geolocation and the other is from a DJI Mini with low accuracy. Is there a way to merge the projects and force the second project to match the geolocation of the first? Or do they average out? I tried processing them as one project and I think the images from the mini ended up skewing the geolocation from the RTK P4.

I did try that but the merge kept failing because the “coordinate system wasn’t the same”, which I was pretty sure it was. I’m going to export the point clouds separately and merge them in different software. Thanks.
