HELLO MY IPAD DOES NOT SHOW MAPS, WHETHER ROUTED OR SATELLITE, AT THE TIME OF PLANNING MY FLIGHT. IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THERE IS AN ERROR OF CONFIGURATION ON MY IPAD?

Hi Luciano,

For an optimal experience with Pix4Dcapture, we recommend to proceed with basic checks. This article helps users to troubleshoot app issues in most cases.

Note that the base map only loads if there is an internet connection.

  • Try changing the base map provider in Settings.
  • Check that you are correctly positioned on the map (blue dot), which will mean that the GPS device is on. In case it is not possible to acquire your position (no GPS), zoom out and navigate to the desired area.
